What is snagging ?
Snagging is the process of and documenting defects or incomplete work in newly constructed properties. This may encompass issues such as unfinished surfaces, incorrect fittings, or other quality concerns that require resolution before the property can be deemed complete. The snagging process is essential for ensuring that homes adhere to expected standards and that any necessary repairs are addressed. Effective snagging contributes to a seamless transition into a new space, providing reassurance to homeowners.
Schedule of Condition
A schedule of condition is a detailed recording of property's condition which is usually retained to use at a future time to establish the previous condition of the premises. It is commonly used in rental agreement, property sales, even renovations and even party wall agreement.

Party Wall Agreement
A Party Wall Agreement is a legally binding document that governs the shared wall or boundary between two properties. It’s important in construction and renovation projects to ensure that any changes made to a party wall don't adversely affect the neighboring property.
Party Wall Agreements are often required under the Party Wall etc. Act 1996 in the UK. They ensure that both parties are aware of and agree to the work, minimizing the risk of conflicts.
